This policy explains how Garmes Wellbeing handles the personal data you share with this website. I keep data collection to a minimum and never sell it.

What I collect

• Contact form. When you use the contact form I receive the details you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number (if you add one), and your message.
• Technical data. Like most websites, my hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not use analytics profiling.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

I use your contact details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to take any steps you ask for before a possible engagement. The legal basis is your consent in sending the message and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the site secure.

Who processes it on my behalf

• Netlify hosts the website and processes contact-form submissions on my behalf.
• Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces; your browser requests them from Google, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

These providers only process data to deliver their service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting correspondence or engagement, after which they are deleted. You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email rainogarmes@garmeswellbeing.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
